Returns

Although we hope everyone loves their Grout Express and benefits for its grout and tile cleaning abilities, we know there are situations that may warrant a return.Your purchase can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where a partial refund may be granted.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a return is approved , then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other method of payment.

Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item plus a $ 8 restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on and order shipped during a promotional campaign for free shipping, the cost of outbound shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
We generally ship ground so depending on where you live, the time to arrive may be 5-7 days.
If you are shipping a return consider using a trackable method to assure we receive it. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
